1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the toto68 platform (accessible at toto68.club and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the toto68 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Accounts suspected of being held by individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during such a period will be forfeited. toto68 does not accept any liability for underage gambling that results from a User providing false information during registration.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on toto68, you must create a single, personal account. The following conditions apply:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one toto68 account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts held by that individual, with balances subject to forfeiture.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for the security of your toto68 login credentials. toto68 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account non-transferability: Your toto68 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Betting, depositing, or withdrawing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Verification: toto68 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal or as a condition of continued Platform access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on toto68 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. toto68 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• toto68 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where operationally possible, to prevent money laundering.
• toto68 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of any balance derived from a bonus are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal.
• toto68 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

toto68 accounts are denominated exclusively in PKR. Deposits and withdrawals made in a foreign currency are not supported. toto68 assumes no liability for any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets on the toto68 Platform, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and all other listed events:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances where toto68 exercises its void-bet policy.
• toto68 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was suspended, cancelled, or subject to an error in the odds at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets are offered at toto68's discretion. toto68 is not responsible for any delay between live events and the odds displayed on the Platform, whether caused by data feed latency or network conditions.
• Maximum bet limits apply on all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. toto68 reserves the right to limit individual accounts on specific markets without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned without a result will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific event rules state otherwise.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, toto68's decision, based on official results from the relevant sporting body, shall be final.

6. Casino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino and gaming products available on toto68, including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slot titles:

• All casino games on toto68 are operated by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are regularly audited for fairness.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of real cards, dice, or roulette wheel spins as conducted by the live dealer. toto68 is not responsible for technical disconnections that occur during a live game round.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome as recorded by the game provider's server logs, not by the User's local display.

• toto68 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time, including bonuses already credited to an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses credited to your toto68 account may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe, after which any unmet bonus balance will expire.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or using automated betting tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

toto68 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all sections of the Platform, including cricket betting, live casino, and slots. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect:

• 18+ strictly enforced: The toto68 Platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. Age verification is mandatory at account registration.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any toto68 intellectual property. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any toto68 content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto68 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the toto68 Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from Platform use.
• Any loss arising from a delay, inaccuracy, or unavailability of odds, live scores, or game results data.
• Technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or third-party service disruptions affecting Platform access.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal Platform use, including losses resulting from the inherent house edge in casino games or unfavourable sporting outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit toto68's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

13. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the toto68 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to toto68.club's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the toto68 Platform shall first be addressed through toto68's internal dispute resolution process. To raise a dispute, contact toto68 support in writing. toto68 will acknowledge your dispute within five (5) business days and aim to resolve it within thirty (30) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against toto68.
